Intelligent fiber-reinforced technology

The Smart Fiber-Reinforced Technology significantly improves the mechanical properties and heat resistance of the material and relieves the internal stresses during the printing process through the fibre fabric structure, which leads to good dimensional stability of the printed part and no warpage.

Low sensitivity to moisture

aeCarbon Ultra PA-CF is based on modified high-temperature nylon, the saturated moisture absorption rate of which is only a tenth of ordinary PA6, thus eliminating the deficiencies in the mechanical properties and dimensional stability of nylon materials, which change greatly after being absorbed by moisture.

Super abrasion resistance

aeCarbon Ultra PA-CF has a low coefficient of friction, self-lubricating properties and excellent wear resistance, which can easily meet all types of high-strength gears or industrial applications with high wear requirements.

Since carbon material places high demands on the material and heating capacity of the nozzle, the following nozzles are recommended for use:

  • Hardened steel nozzles
  • Ruby nozzles

 

Additional information

  • 1. Please put the unused filament back in the original bag made of aluminium foil for sealed storage in order to preserve the quality of the material.
  • 2. The filament can be dried in an oven at 80-100 ° C for 4-6 hours to restore the print quality.
  • 3. Hardened steel nozzles are recommended for printing, which can effectively improve print quality. It is also recommended that the thickness of the heating block be longer than 12mm.
  • 4. After printing is complete, the printed part can be annealed to further improve strength.
